As the president of CUMSA, Jia Ming plans the budget, communicates with sponsors & other societies, assigns work for large events, & much more! He leads the committee to drive new initiatives, which will improve the lives of the CUMSA community.
As the vice-president, Athena delegates work for events, coordinates with other societies, & works closely with the access officer in the access program.
As the secretary, Helen takes meeting minutes, plans events & generally helps manage various activities in CUMSA.
As the treasurer, Shihao manages CUMSA’s funds & plans a budget for the year.
As the publicity secretary, Sean manages all of CUMSA’s social media accounts: our Telegram channel, Facebook group, & Instagram page.
As the sports secretary, Glenda organises CUMSA’s sports events such as badminton, the ski trip & the Oxbridge games.
General Committee
As the sponsorship officer, Zhujun manages CUMSA’s current sponsors & reaches out to new potential sponsors, helping CUMSA acquire funding to run events!
As the access officer, Rajat organises access talks with schools & coordinates with other societies to organise brunch swaps & other collaborations!
As the database officer, Nicholas maintains CUMSA’s servers and keeps track of membership.
As the welfare officer, Victor’s role is to improve the morale of CUMSA members through welfare packs, giveaways, and planning events.
As one of the events officers, Ju Yi plans flagship events such as the Annual Dinner, Garden Party, etc.

As the graduate representative, Claire plans graduate events such as socials and dinners, and provides support for incoming graduate students.
