GIC Singapore London Office
GIC is holding an intimate networking event with Group President Mr Lim Siong Guan. He is enthusiastic to meet Singaporeans in the UK who want to, or are considering a return home to Singapore. This is a rare opportunity to meet with Mr Lim, whose repertoire of experiences has bestowed upon him many great stories to tell. Representatives from each of GIC’s business areas will also be in attendance to contribute to the conversation. The event is open to all members of CUMSA, from undergraduates and graduates to mid careers and seasoned professionals. However, spaces are very limited, so slots will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis through the form at the bottom of this page.

The Cambridge Association for Women in Science and Engineering is organising a panel on sustainable energy supply and usage. Harnessing the energy resources to meet the global energy needs has been a scientific and engineering challenge for decades. The panel will discuss how some of the questions in the increase in energy demand are addressed in their sectors by use of innovation, mix of energy types and bringing energy to those who need it most. If you are curious about how, if at all, technology can meet future energy demands, attend this event and have your doubts quelled or curiosity quenched! Indicate your attendance here.
